At SD Traders, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of essential household items or home decor, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Returns & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions

- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
