At Store Hush, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and that's why we've outlined our Returns and Refund Policy below to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Returns

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have any tags or labels still attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at contactyour@storehush.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
  • Please securely package the item and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In case of items received as gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition or if it's outside the 30-day return period.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contactyour@storehush.com. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged promptly.
